431 CUHK scholars named among world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University

Among them, three have made it to the global top 10 in their respective fields

A total of 431 CUHK academics are listed among the world’s top 2% scientists in the 2025 “Updated science-wide author databases of standardised citation indicators” of Stanford University, with 47 ranking among the top 100 in their respective fields.*

Three of them have made it to the global top 10, including Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Dennis Lo Yuk‑ming.
