The Seal of the Vice-Chancellorship, cast in bronze with a knob carved in the shape of a feng, the mythical phoenix. Designed and engraved by the late Mr Chao Ho-chin, former lecturer of New Asia College, the seal bears the Chinese inscription “seal of the Vice-Chancellorship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong”.
